This policy explains what personal information I collect through muzrealty.ca, why I collect it, and how I look after it. I'm Mustafa Hadafmand, a REALTOR® licensed in British Columbia with Macdonald Realty Westmar. I follow BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and my brokerage's own privacy practices.
I only use your information for these purposes, or for other purposes you agree to.
I don't sell or rent your personal information. I share it only when needed to serve you or when the law requires it:
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
By submitting a form, you agree that I can contact you about your request. If you sign up for listing alerts or updates, I'll only email you with your consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also tell me to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to mustafahomesbc@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent won't affect records I'm legally required to keep.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization in your Google and Meta ad settings. The site still works without them.
I keep personal information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law and BCFSA rules require. I use reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and secure providers, to protect it from unauthorized access. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive documents through the site's forms.
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask how it has been used, or ask me to correct it. Email me and I'll respond within the time PIPA allows (usually 30 business days).
Contact me at mustafahomesbc@gmail.com or 604-790-3368. You can also contact Macdonald Realty Westmar directly. If you're not satisfied with my answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca.
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new date.
